April 3, 2014 – The overall theme for the 17th WATS is Aviation Training Cultures and Human Performance. Keynote presentations will be made by Michael Huerta, Administrator, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Christopher Hart, Vice-Chairman, US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
